Processing

First, the dates are sorted according to their desired degree of ripeness. Then, all dates undergo a thorough cleaning process, where they pass through a waterway to clean them from coarse dirt.

After that, a series of washers ensure that no foreign impurities remain on the noble estate. Furthermore, dates are not exposed to any other substance except for the water. That is to say, NO additives of a chemical nature are used in the cleaning process.

After cleaning and homogenization stage, the dates are packed airtight in plastic bags, and then weighed in boxes.
